Data Management (Senior/Principal Level)

  • Development and validation of analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures for various purposes (e.g., clinical trial report, interim analyses, publications, regulatory requests)
  • Harmonization of data across trials for project-level purposes
  • Participation in review process of clinical trial documents, e.g., statistical analysis plans and table shells
  • Application of industry standards (e.g., CDISC)
  • Collaboration with other trial team functions (such as data management, statistics, or medical writing) throughout the clinical trial conduct and analysis
  • Development of standard programs and tools as well as statistical programming processes and standards (SOPs)

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical or scientific area, with a strong quantitative background

  • Authoring of Statistical Analysis Plans (SAP) including design of table, listing and graph (TLG) shells

Information Solution Manager (m/f/d)

We offer a permanent position as Information Solution Manager (all genders), working on‑site at least 3 days per week.

  • Own and continuously improve assigned IT systems throughout their lifecycle, ensuring availability, security, compliance, and business alignment
  • Lead and support IT projects, including the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of digital solutions
  • Act as the primary interface between internal stakeholders and external IT service providers
  • Establish and maintain computerized system validation (CSV) processes and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate system deployments, upgrades, and changes through structured change management processes
  • Provide technical support and guidance to employees while promoting efficient and secure use of IT systems
  • Create and maintain IT, quality, and validation documentation, including SOPs and work instructions
  • Monitor technology trends and identify opportunities to improve processes through modern, scalable, and future-ready solutions

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in an IT department or similar role ideally within a regulated environment (e.g. GxP)
  • Broad IT infrastructure knowledge with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and German
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Willingness to work on‑site at least 3 days per week

  • Experience working in GxP-regulated environments
